New this year! Purchase a Mama's Kitchen full length chef's apron--they make great gifts! Our aprons are white with two convenient pockets and an adjustable neck strap, embroidered with Mama's Kitchen's logo. If you would like to purchase an apron ($35), please call Mama's Kitchen at 619-233-6262.
Many of San Diego’s top pastry chefs, caterers, and bakeries donated traditional Thanksgiving pies for this annual Mama’s Pie in the Sky Bake Sale. Mama’s Pie in the Sky volunteers delivered the pies to more than 20 sites throughout San Diego County for pickup the day before Thanksgiving. Individuals and teams sold pies for a chance to win prizes from generous sponsors. Thousands of people -- corporate sponsors, committee members, bakers, sellers, buyers, donors and volunteers -- generously contributed their time, expertise, resources and enthusiasm to our Pie sale. All of us at Mama's Kitchen are encouraged by their commitment to our mission and inspired by the results of this community-wide effort. We are especially grateful to our Pie in the Sky Title Sponsor, Wells Fargo. All of their years of continued support have enabled the sale to grow and prosper, and has enabled Mama's Kitchen to provide more meals to our critically ill clients. |
